Design Brief
The client wanted a website that would reflect her personality and the way her business operates.
She lives around nature and very much wants that to be part of her business offering; a peaceful, warm and tranquil place to visit. The client was keen to show real life images of the environment so that prospective clients could get a true representation before coming for a session.
The website is full of colour and vibrancy and contains many images of the surrounding countryside and gardens. Authenticity was the watch word and a brief to stay as far away from a cold corporate feel to one that is approachable, warm and and above all human was adhered to.

What did you enjoy about working with Kaiō?
Alistair is calm and did not over complicate the technology for me. I am sure if you wanted to know more, he would meet you there, but for me I found it overwhelming and Alistair was by far the most helpful and reassuring person I could have had help me. Alistair offers very positive meetings and a “leave it with me” approach which was very calming for me. This also helps when you are very busy.
What was it like before using our service?
To be honest, I was putting it off. I was resistant to the whole idea of a website design and creation and getting Alistair’s help was so important when I was at the bottom of the mountain feeling like I didn’t know how to climb it and how to start.
What is it like now?
I feel euphoric, and couldn’t believe that I had climbed the mountain with Alistair’s help. This sounds dramatic but after years of training, it did feel like another hurdle and one that needed to be tackled. The joy of sharing it and having it go live was very exciting and a huge step in supporting my business.
What would you tell somebody thinking of using Kaiō?
Go for it. You won’t regret it and the personal support is a huge factor. Any other designer might have put me off and I was worried about being intimidated. Rest assured you don’t have to be a technology expert yourself as you can leave it all in Alistair’s competent and helpful hands. His communication style is laid back and informative and there is no pressure other than getting you on the right road to launching your own website as soon as possible. I feel I have a very unique website that perfectly captures me, so important for my industry, and the feedback has been tremendous.
